I’m Kris Ostopchuck, the founder of Fractional IT LLC.

I started this practice because I kept seeing the same pattern: capable organizations held back by IT environments nobody fully understood. Systems worked — until they didn’t. Documentation lived in one person’s head. Vendors delivered tickets instead of accountability. And when leadership asked “are we okay?”, nobody could answer with confidence.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy and implementation. I advise owners and executives on technology decisions, and I also work directly in the systems those decisions affect. That combination matters: recommendations are grounded in what your environment actually looks like, not what a slide deck assumes.
